Pour 7 cups of cold water into a large pot and add the black tea bags and fruit.
Bring the contents to a boil, then remove the pot from heat, cover and allow the tea and fruit to steep for 10 minutes.
Remove the tea bags from the pot, muddle the fruit, then strain the tea into a very large pitcher. leaving the fruit remnants behind.
Stir the maple syrup into the tea, then refrigerate the tea until cold.
To serve, pour the tea into glasses filled with plenty of ice. Garnish with a slice of peach if desired. Enjoy!
