fresh sweet cherries

cup
honey
juice of half a lemon
Instructions
Wash and pit four cups of fresh sweet cherries such as Bings.
Add the cherries to a food processor along with the honey and lemon juice.
Puree the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the cherry mixture into an ice cream machine and churn for 15-20 minutes until the sorbet is thick.
Eat immediately or pour the sorbet into a metal 9x3" loaf pan, cover with foil and freeze until ready to serve. This recipe makes 4-6 servings.
