Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

fresh cranberries
zest
of one orange
1

fresh orange juice
pinch
salt

tsp
vanilla
½
cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium-sized pot.
Bring mixture to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally.
Cook for 12 minutes and until the cranberries have burst and softened and the mixture has thickened.
Pour into a bowl and store in the refrigerator. The mixture will continue to thicken as it cools.
