Ingredients

  • tbsp chia seeds
  • 12 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ tsp tumeric
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Pour all the ingredients into a pint-sized glass jar with tight-fitting lid. Shake to combine.
  • Place the jar in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, shake again and then let the pudding set up for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy. This recipes makes 2 servings.
