Wash, trim and halve radishes. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Roast the radishes at 425°F for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Flip the radishes halfway through roasting to ensure even browning.
Allow the radishes to cool, then puree in a blender of food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients and salt and puree until smooth. Pour the dip into a bowl and serve with raw vegetables, crackers or pretzels. Enjoy!
