Apple, Beet and Ginger Juice

Ingredients

apple, cored and cubed
1
beet, peeled and cubed
1
thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1
handful of baby spinach

cold water
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
Using a
nut milk bag
or cheesecloth, strain the pulp from the juice. Discard the pulp and enjoy the juice. Yum!
