This beautiful dark crimson juice is loaded with nutrients and minerals, including folate from the beets, vitamin C from the apple, vitamin E and magnesium from the spinach, and antioxidants from the ginger. This is a full-meal deal, all in one glass! It will leave you nourished and satisfied. A much better alternative to a cup of late afternoon coffee!

Blend the mixture until smooth. Using a milk nut bag (like this one) or a cheese cloth, strain the juice from the pulp. Discard the pulp and enjoy the fresh juice. Cheers to good health!
Apple, Beet and Ginger Juice
Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored and cubed
- 1 beet, peeled and cubed
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1½ cups cold water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
- Using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth, strain the pulp from the juice. Discard the pulp and enjoy the juice. Yum!
