Preheat the oven and a pizza steel/stone or baking sheet to 450°F.
Assemble and prep desired pizza toppings and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and olive oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon. Using your hands, knead the dough until smooth 3-4 minutes.
Divide the dough into two and working with one half at a time, roll the dough out onto a piece of parchment paper that has been dusted with flour. Roll the dough until thin and about 12-inches in diameter.
Slide the dough and parchment paper onto a wooden peel or cutting board, top the pizza, then slide both the pizza and parchment paper into the oven and on top of the hot pizza stone/steel or baking sheet.
Bake for 2 minutes, then remove the parchment paper from underneath the pizza. Continue baking the pizza for an additional 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese and melted and bubbly.
While the pizza bakes, roll out and top the second pizza dough, using the same parchment paper-method as described above. Bake.
Allow each pizza to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. This recipe makes 2, 12-inch pizzas.
