Vegan Black-Eyed Pea Pâté

clove of garlic

grated onion

chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

raw pecans

Marsala wine
Instructions
Drain one can of black-eyed peas. Add to a food processor along with remaining ingredients.
Process the pâté until smooth.
Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!
