14ozImpossible brand Spicy Sausage (or sub spicy pork sausage)
2cupscooked brown rice
¼tspcayenne
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspdried thyme
1½tsp Diamond brand kosher salt
½tspblack pepper
1tspgarlic powder
2tbspfresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet.
Add the onion, celery and Impossible Spicy Sausage and cook for about 5 minutes. If using regular sausage, sauté the ingredients until the meat is cooked through.
Next, stir in two cups of cooked rice and the spices and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Finish the dish with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley and serve.
